The staff was absolutely amazing. Peter, Mulinda, Jose, Proud, Leslie, and Themba made my husband and I feel right at home. The service exceeded our expectations.

I only had the 1 night, but the rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious and everything was quite easy. Beds were comfortable as well.

Tredje gången jag väljer att bo på detta hotellet. Och då har jag testat många hotell i Johannesburg. Man får vad man betalar för, men det är en toppenfrukost, bra alternativ i restaurangen på menyn. personalen är mycket trrvlig och hjälpsam.

Mycket bra frukostbuffé. Men dyr. Hotellet är upprustat det senaste året och har två innergårdar med lummiga träd och swiming-pooler. Balalaika är en oas mitt i storstads-djungeln och ligger i ett säkert område av Johannesburg.

I arrived early and they had me in a room by 11:00 am. The rooms were small, but very clean and modern. Loved the rainfall shower and free wifi. I did not experience loadshedding while there.
